Location
My office’s address is Office 5, 2 Ganges Road, Khandallah, Wellington. A quiet place where you can feel relaxed and comfortable. Please note that the building is actually on the corner of Ganges Road and Agra Crescent. If you look at the building from Agra Crescent, you will see Taste Restaurant. The entrance to my and other offices is to the right of the restaurant.
Appointments
For appointment bookings it’s best to contact me by email, at admin@wellminded.co.nz.
Please note that I am not taking on new clients at present as I am currently at full capacity.
What to expect
The first appointment is generally 90 minutes long. During this meeting you are encouraged to discuss the issues you’re facing and to explain what you’d like to achieve. You may be invited to complete some questionnaires, and these are used purely to help me better understand what is going on for you. These questionnaires also help me to design a more effective treatment plan in consultation with you. At the end of the first appointment we can arrange further scheduled appointments as necessary. Follow-on appointments are usually an hour long (55 minute session plus 5 minutes administration).
Fees
My standard rate is $200 per hour (including GST).

Cancellation policy
If you can’t make an appointment, please tell me as soon as you can, so I can let someone else have the appointment and rebook you.
If you give me at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, there will be no fee. If you give me less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t tell me and don’t turn up, my standard appointment fee will apply.
