Helping you move from distress towards your true potential

PLEASE NOTE: I am not taking on new clients at the moment as I am at full capacity

How I can help

I provide a range of psychological services for individuals and their families. I focus on adult psychological assistance, adult autism assessment and helping adults on the spectrum deal with day-to-day functioning, and child and adolescent psychological diagnosis and assistance.

I provide a supportive and safe environment for clients to work through what they’re dealing with a view to helping them live the life they want to lead.

Adverse life events

“You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think”

(Winnie the Pooh / AA Milne)

Trauma, stress and other impacting life events can cause various psychological issues. Sometimes they creep up on you and until you’ve worked through the causes they can be confusing and debilitating. I use EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) therapy, solution focused therapy, and other approaches to help you understand what’s happening and how to heal. If you’re struggling, I can help.

Autism and ADHD diagnosis

“The things that make me different are the things that make me, me”

(Piglet, AA Milne)

Do you think you may be on the spectrum or have ADHD and would like to find out? I know what it’s like for clients to be in this situation and I’ve seen the relief through newfound understanding that accurate diagnosis can bring, for both individuals and their families. I also have family members on the spectrum so live and breath how autism presents on a daily basis. You’re not alone.

Assistance with everyday challenges

“It never hurts to keep looking for sunshine”

(Eeyore, AA Milne)

You have, or your child has, a diagnosis of autism or ADHD, but now what? Being neuro-diverse adds challenges to everyday life experiences. I offer services to help with these challenges or any additional mental health challenges that you or your child may face, from sensory issues to coping with bullying in the workplace or the playground.
